Chola Cardamom is a rarity in terms of the way it is grown in our farm partner's food forest in Tamil Nadu. It is 100% pesticides-free and freshly harvested every quarter. Has a pleasant menthol-eucalyptus aroma with a bit of lemongrass and bay.
Muziris Black Pepper carries bright notes of citrus with a hint of fruitiness still lingering in the mouth after every crunch. A late harvest produce grown in a regenerative food forest in Karnataka India.
Lakadong Heirloom Turmeric is a unique variety grown in Mulieh in India's North East, with super high curcumin content of 9.8% from the 2024 harvest. An extraordinary deep yellow ochre colour with a depth of aroma. Clean and earthy.
