Championing Natural Farming
Believe it or not, but a handmade mixture of bananas, jaggery, sugarcane juice, tender coconut, milk, yogurt, ghee and fresh cow dung are fermented for 72 hours to make a bio fertiliser for the pepper vines.

Rich Agro-biodiversity
Black peppercorns grow alongside lemons, jackfruits, moringa, mangoes, avocados, native fig trees and coffee, borrowing nutrients and nuance from their biodiverse surroundings - a lush 200 acre wild forest rich in indigenous flora, fauna and funga.

Techniques Perfected With Time
Ripe & matured berries are hand-harvested and then carefully sun-dried using traditional, time-tested wisdom. The result? Peppercorns bursting with layered complexity - fruity, floral, deeply aromatic.

Family Heirlooms Preserved
The nursery takes centerstage - a sacred place where years & hours of dedication reflects in the carefully selected black pepper runner shoots, tended by a team of workers exclusively every day.
