Returns & exchanges
We offer finest food ingredients of the highest quality. To avoid any contamination of the products, we are unable to offer any returns once the products are opened. We do not accept exchanges at the moment.
Changes & cancellations
Changes to your order or a cancellation is possible, only if the order is yet to be dispatched. We are unable to make any changes or cancel the order once the order has been dispatched and is out for delivery. Please mention your shipping address as accurately as possible (with landmarks, if any) to receive the best service.
Damages & issues
In an unfortunate case of receipt of a wrong order or damaged item/s, we will happily offer an exchange or a refund if we are informed promptly upon your immediate receipt of the package. Kindly send us an email at Info@foodofgods.com with your order number so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not open the bottles.
a. In case of a change in order, before the order is dispatched (Read ‘Changes & cancellations’ as above), if the differential amount of your total order is less than that of the previous order, refunds will be processed on your original payment method net of banking charges.
b. In case of an order cancellation, before the order is dispatched (Read ‘Changes & cancellations’ as above), refunds will be automatically processed and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method net of banking charges.
c. In case of damages & issues (Read ‘Damages & issues’ as above), refunds will be processed, after receipt of the products, on your original payment method net of banking charges. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. In cases of payments made by Mobile Money, transfers are immediate.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Delivery & shipping
We deliver across Ghana.
For shipments outside of Ghana, shipping charges will apply, whereby, along with the freight cost any applicable import duties & other levies will be borne by the customer.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, delivery charges apply and will be prepaid by the customer. Rates are subject to the service area and are calculated during checkout.
We offer free delivery if your total order value is 350 Ghc or above, limited to deliveries within Accra only. The discount will be provided automatically at the time of checkout based on your total cart value.
Pickup At Theia Cafe
You also have the option to place the order online and pick up the products at Theia Cafe, located in Airport Residential Area in Accra. Our friends at Theia would love to help you with your order, all you have to do is show up at the cafe along with your order & payment confirmation for a smooth pickup service.
This service guarantees that the products you have ordered is available & reserved for you beforehand.
